Diana’s Weekend Health & Longevity Retreats Programme

To ensure personal attention there is a limit of up to 8 persons per weekend programme for 2 nights stays on Friday and Saturdays commencing April through October weekends. The price includes breakfast and a 2 course dinner for 2 person. 

Programme

Follow Diana’s healthy living routines for 2 days to gain a new perspective on healthy living. The programme is elective depending on your needs and includes an early morning scenic walk, Yoga and/or stretch exercises instruction, evening meditation and talks on health & longevity issues using latest scientific research. Also, for swimmers, the shallow Bay provides very calm waters and the temperature is surprisingly warm, generally warmer than Devon.

This programme is primarily aimed at total relaxation for body and soul with an uplift on physical, mental and spiritual health.

Menu

Our Menus are prepared by Diana, our nutritionist Chef/Proprietor and we use best local organic produce using healthy cooking practices to offer exceptionally flavoursome healthy cuisine with gluten free and vegan options. Chemical free and no deep fried foods. The accent is on a low inflammation diet featuring low carb, high fibre, high protein and good fat foods and using intermittent fasting techniques. The idea is to inspire you to also use these methods at home for an improved healthy living lifestyle.

Rooms

Enjoy De Luxe en suite king size beds overlooking the Solway. We offer a quiet relaxing beachside venue with magical coastal views. There is ample parking and we provide EV charging.

Other Services – Charges apply

We offer Infra-red Sauna sessions using a low EMF SaunaMed facility and we provide private consultations by prior appointment addressing your health issues and/or advising on lifestyle/dietary matters. Diana is a qualified nutritionist and Vic is a Master Herbalist/naturopathic consultant.
