These foods are selected for freshness and good origin, and the menu will vary to suit seasonal offerings. The dishes are produced with healthy kitchen preparation practices, such as organic butters, extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil and pink Himalayan salt. We avoid deep fried foods, heated plastics and chemical flavourings & additives.
